Européenne de Biomasse, company devoted to the development of integrated renewable energy projects, has just secured funding for its new Greenfield project. Round table gathering the developer, the CDC and MERIDIAM fund will allow to build the new site which will produce 12 MW green energy over time, intended for an agro-industrial site based in Champagne.
Located in Bazancourt, the future facility will include a black pellet production site and a cogeneration plant fueled by a pellet-based derivative. With this achievement, will emerge the first biofuel production site dedicated to industrial use and the first large-scale black pellet manufacturing plant at European level.
Européenne de Biomasse has been advised by Aurignac Finance in researching and obtaining necessary funding to the completion of this first project which represents a key step in the company development. Indeed, this highlights know-how of the company which is a project holder for the development of energy facilities combined with black pellet production sites in France and around the world.
